Künstlerhaus Bremen
After the Künstlerhaus Bremen had got a new director in Nadja Quante, we developed a new identity that represents and unites the multi-faceted house with the aid of various print media. The exhibited works of art are characterized less by their visual language than by strong concepts, which we used as a graphic starting point. We translated the idea of the respective exhibition into a more or less abstract line drawing, which incorporates and announces the concepts. For the exhibition on Jef Geys, who had published a fictional-artistic newspaper, we used his heart-shaped newspaper logo, for example. The double-sided exhibition flyers, which function both as a poster and information brochure, are printed in one colour with alternating spot colours. Text and line graphics are strictly white on coloured surface and create a coherent overall appearance.
